Brett Gardenhire is a specialist in professional and organizational development with a focus in learning performance, productivity optimization and situational leadership. With over 20 years’ experience in both change management and entrepreneurial growth strategy, he partners with organizations as a coach, consultant and trainer, helping to enhance workplace culture through improved engagement, enhanced communication and the application of creative innovation. Additionally, he works with executives and entrepreneurs in achieving optimal performance in their personal and professional leadership endeavors in the areas of professional development, balanced performance output management and strengths optimization.

The key to Brett’s success has been his interactive ability to inspire, guide and reinforce the art of human potential through the tools of creative learning innovation. For the last ten years he has been both the catalyst and architect of multiple multi-million dollar change management endeavors, spanning private industry and government sectors, that range in outcomes from revenue and market share growth to total workplace culture and production policy overhaul. He has dedicated expertise in adult and executive education in both curriculum and learning design with wide experience in employee engagement, strategic development, conflict resolution, advanced communication skills and team building.

Brett holds an M.Ed in Organizational Performance, Learning and Change from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sonoma State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema/Television Production from Columbia College. He is also trained in Co-Active coaching from the Coaches’ Training Institute; career transition and talent management coaching from Lee Hecht Harrison; a certified Elevations for Organizations coach and trainer from Elevate, Inc., LPI 360 assessments, Strengthsfinder 2.0 and DiSC leadership assessments. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
