Overview
The Course Credit Service allows accredited non-profit
educational organizations to offer Continuing Education Units
(CEUs) for educational offerings, including courses, trainings,
seminars, workshops and conferences.
What are CEUs?
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) were designed as a uniform unit
of measurement which facilitates the accumulation and exchange of
standardized information about individual participation in
non-credit continuing education activity. The CEU may be used for
the quantitative measurement, recording, reporting, accumulation,
transfer and recognition of participation by adults in non-credit
continuing education activities.
Benefits
- CEUs are awarded by Sacramento State, one of the 23
universities in the prestigious California State University
system.
- CEUs provide a permanent record of the participants’
educational accomplishments.
- Transcripts may be obtained for personal use, including
reporting to employers.
Please read the following prior to requesting CEUs
- Registration agreement and payment must be received no later
