Dr. Deborah Hunt is the Chief Deputy Director of Organizational Excellence and Leadership at the College of Continuing Education (CCE). As a higher education institution, the College of Continuing Education is a self-support entity that has the ability to serve organizations from a non-profit perspective with a focus on delivering the highest quality of service.

Since 2002, Deborah has focused her work on supporting leaders navigate challenging topics and creating sustainable cultural changes to support organizational-wide advances. She leads a portfolio of services in collaborating with public and private organizations to identify issues and provide transformational solutions.

Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biological Psychology with a Neuroscience emphasis from the University of California, Davis, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology from Sacramento State.
