Dr. Hunt is an experienced Organizational Development professional with over 20 years of experience in supporting organizations across the public and private sectors. Holding a Ph.D in Biological Psychology, Dr. Hunt has a unique understanding of the intersection between human behavior and organizational systems. Dr. Hunt’s expertise lies in leveraging her knowledge and experiences to create effective strategies for organizational development and cultural change. She has a proven track record of successfully implementing these strategies across various settings, leading to improved efficiency, productivity, and engagement.

Throughout her career, Dr. Hunt has worked extensively with leaders across California from various agencies and departments at the city, county, and state levels of government. Her work has been instrumental in driving sustainable culture, fostering growth, and building environments of belonging within these organizations. Further, she is a widely respected strategic consultant and coach who is known for her commitment to excellence, and projectcentric objectivity, combined with her extensive experience and unique skill set, make her a valuable asset in any organizational setting.

Dr. Hunt is the Chief Deputy Director at Sacramento State’s College of Continuing Education where she oversees the college-to-organization revenue stream comprised of over $100 million in contractual agreements.
