The Project Management certificate program is currently on hiatus
and there are no class offerings at this time. Please check back

Organizational alignment is dependent on project managers
demonstrating strategic skills in allocating tasks, time and
resources to effectively deliver projects on time and within
budget. This certificate program is designed for project managers
and people aspiring to be project managers to develop a
disciplined approach to projects. You will develop the key skills
and competencies outlined by PMI in the talent triangle. At the
end of the program, you will have the skills, tools and
confidence to successfully lead and manage projects within
your organization.
The program presents both a theoretical and practical
applications approach to project management in alignment with
A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®
Guide).
Our certificate program prepares participants to pass the
certification test and become Project
Management Professionals (PMP)®. The certification is
globally recognized and increases employability and
‘promote-ability’.

Structure
The certificate program is comprised of six courses for a total
of 10.8 continuing education units (CEUs). Participants
begin with Leadership and Strategy in Project Management and
go through the courses listed in order and finish the program
with Project Procurement and Contract Negotiation.

Project Management Institute
(PMI)® members
are entitled to a 10% discount for courses in the Project
Management Certificate Program. To receive the discount,
participants must provide proof of membership, by phone, at
the time of registration.
