Jeannie Benoist joined Sacramento State in 2007 teaching in the Project Management series at the College of Continuing Education. She took a break after the birth of her daughter and rejoined the team in 2015.

Jeannie is currently principal owner of J. Benoist Consulting, LLC and leads business transformation initiatives by addressing change management needs in the areas of communications, leadership, organizational alignment, workforce transition, learning solutions, and deployment.

Before owning her own business, she held numerous lead Organizational Change Management consulting positions with various firms serving the greater Sacramento area such as Highlands Consulting, Unleashing Leaders, and Comsys.

Jeannie holds a degree in German, with a business administration focus from Sacramento State and serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Sacramento. She was recognized for her work and had the honor to present at SAP TechED 2012 and Saba Global Summit 2009. She enjoys running, kayaking, biking, but most of all spending time with her daughter.
