• Completed a master’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree program

Application Instructions

1. Complete the CCFP Program Application.
2. Please submit proof of master’s degree completion or enrollment by uploading your graduate transcript (official or unofficial) through the online application link.
3. An application fee of $30 will be applied to your student account after we determine your eligibility to enroll.

Applicants will receive eligibility notices via email sometime in May 2026.
