Important: New program proposals must be submitted 15 –18 months in advance to allow sufficient time for development, approval, and promotion.

To ensure students have adequate time to plan, apply, and prepare, all Faculty-Led Study Abroad (FLSA) programs must be renewed and approved two enrollment periods in advance of the program start date.

Summer 2026 Programs: Renewal materials must be submitted and approved by the start of the fall 2025 semester. 

Winter/Spring 2027 Programs: Renewal materials must be submitted and approved by the start of the spring 2026 semester. 

Summer 2027 Programs: Renewal materials must be submitted and approved by the start of the fall 2026 semester. 

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in postponement of the program to a later cycle to protect student access, planning, and program quality.
