Proposal deadlines for renewing programs:

To ensure students have adequate time to plan, apply, and prepare, all Faculty-Led Study Abroad (FLSA) programs must be renewed and approved two enrollment periods in advance of the program start date.

Winter/Spring 2028 Programs: Renewal materials must be submitted and approved by Jan. 8, 2027. 

Summer 2027 Programs: Renewal materials must be submitted and approved by Aug. 1, 2026. 

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in postponement of the program to a later cycle to protect student access, planning, and program quality.
