Sacramento State has many resources for students and instructors. These include:
ASI Food Pantry
The ASI Food Pantry exists to provide food and basic necessities to Sac State students with financial hardships and low food security at no cost. Students enrolled in classes can bring their physical OneCard to shop once each week or make an after-hours locker order online. Offerings include non-perishables, toiletries, fresh fruits, and vegetables, and more. For more information, email asi-foodpantry@csus.edu or call 916-278-3978.
ASI Peak Adventures
Peak Adventures is an outdoor recreation program at Sac State that includes Adventure Trips, Gear Rentals, Team Building, and a Bike Shop.
Campus Dining
Dining options are available across campus including at Hornet Commons, the University Union, the Library, and River Front Center. For information and hours of operation for all campus eateries, please visit Hornet Hospitality.
Disability Access Center
The Disability Access Center (DAC) provides a wide range of academic accommodations that ensure students with disabilities have equal educational access.
Hornet Bookstore
In addition to course textbooks, the Hornet Bookstore offers a variety of general interest books, apparel, electronics and much more.
My Sac State
Students can use My Sac State to view academic courses they are enrolled in, register for academic courses, pay fees, view messages from campus and access online library services.
Parking and Transportation
University Transportation and Parking Services (UTAPS) handles campus parking, parking enforcement, traffic direction, special event parking services and Night Shuttle, as well as alternative transportation including Hornet Express Shuttle and student commuter passes to ride Sacramento Regional Transit (RT) light rail and buses.
Parking on campus is enforced at all times by UTAPS. Students can purchase daily permits from kiosks located throughout the campus or buy longer term permits (weekly, semester) from the UTAPS office.
Sacramento State Aquatic Center
CCE students have access to Sacramento State’s Aquatic Center, located on Lake Natoma about 15 minutes east of the campus.
Sacramento State Library
Hours of operation and information on student services and upcoming exhibits are available on the Sacramento State Library website.
Currently enrolled students also have remote access to the Library by logging in with a SacLink account.
Sacramento State OneCard
The OneCard is the official photo identification card for students.
Students can load funds on their Hornet Bucks Account and make purchases and payments all over campus.
The OneCard also serves as a library card; commuter pass for the Hornet Shuttle, Sacramento RT and Light Rail; printer card for campus computer labs; and a way to get free admission to athletics events and various other campus activities.
University Wi-Fi
There are over 1,600+ Wi-Fi access points across the Sac State campus.
Currently enrolled Sac State students can connect to Eduroam.
Guest access is available for those unable to connect to Eduroam.
Veterans Affairs Benefits
Some CCE programs are eligible for Veterans Affairs benefits. Contact CCE’s Veterans Student Support & Compliance Specialist for more information.
Services Not Available to CCE Students
As CCE students do not pay Mandatory Campus Fees, some University services are not available to them. These include Student Health & Counseling Services and student membership at The WELL. However, CCE students may contact The WELL to inquire about purchasing an affiliate membership.
