Academic Credit Programs
Official Transcripts
Official Transcripts may be requested through the Outgoing Transcripts Office.
Unofficial Transcripts
Grades and unofficial transcripts can be viewed on your My Sac State Student Center.
To access your online student record and online course content you will need a SacLink account.
Class Schedule
Your class schedule and student account can be viewed on your My Sac State Student Center.
Registration Confirmation
Occasionally your employer, student aid provider, or sponsor may require official registration confirmation. You may request this from ccecreditreg@csus.edu.
Other Programs
CEU Transcripts
Cost: $4 for the first transcript, plus $2 for each additional copy.
To obtain a transcript of CEU courses, submit the Transcript Request form.
After we have verified that you are in our system, an email will be sent to you with instructions for payment.
Certificate of Participation and Digital Badge
Digital badges are a powerful tool to validate your skills, knowledge and accomplishments. You can share them anywhere on the web, including social media, email signatures, personal websites and more.
Prior to completing the last course of your certificate program, submit the Certificate Request form to the program coordinator for review and approval.

- After we have verified completion of all required courses, you will receive a Certificate of Participation and an official Continuing Education Units/Hours CEU transcript in approximately 4-6 week.

- If requested, a digital badge can be emailed to you (we will share your email address with our 3rd party badging issuer).
